Text Message Terms

CurbCutz Job Alerts are text messages about your lawn care bookings. Texts are coming soon. These terms apply once they start.

  • What you'll get: messages about your own bookings, such as:

    • your pro is on the way, with an arrival estimate
    • your job is done, with a link to review it
    • booking changes and reminders

    CurbCutz Job Alerts don't include advertising.

  • How you sign up: you choose to get texts in the CurbCutz app, at sign-up or in your settings, by entering your mobile number and checking the box. Agreeing to texts is never required to use CurbCutz.

  • How often: message frequency varies with your bookings, usually a few messages per visit.

  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.

  • Stop anytime: reply STOP to any CurbCutz text to stop receiving them. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. You can turn texts back on in the app.

  • Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@curbcutz.com.

  • Carriers: mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
