Delete your CurbCutz account
Last updated: October 17, 2026
You can ask us to delete your CurbCutz account and personal information at any time.
How to ask
- Email support@curbcutz.com from the email address you use to sign in to CurbCutz.
- Use the subject line "Delete my account". Tell us whether you're a customer or a lawn pro.
- We'll reply to confirm it's you, then delete your account within 30 days. We'll email you when it's done.
A delete button inside the app is coming soon. It will work the same way.
Before you delete
- Upcoming bookings are cancelled. Pros: let your customers know, and finish or cancel your open jobs first.
- Jobs that are in review, have a reported problem, or have money still owed are finished first.
- Deleting can't be undone. To use CurbCutz again, you'll need a new account.
What we delete
- Your profile, name, email and sign-in.
- Your yards and their addresses, and your saved settings.
- Pros: your public profile, services, prices, schedule and insurance documents.
- Photos you added to quotes and app feedback.
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment and tax records: as long as the law requires, usually up to 7 years.
- Job photos and proof records: about 18 months after each job, for disputes and card chargebacks. Then they're deleted.
- Reviews you wrote: they stay on the pro's profile but no longer show your name.
- Records of safety reports, fraud or account suspensions, and our log of staff actions: kept to protect other users.
Website waitlist or beta sign-ups can be removed the same way. Email us from the address you signed up with.
